SAN FRANCISCO , Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PlanetOut Inc. (Nasdaq: LGBT) announced today that it has signed a definitive merger agreement to combine with Here Networks LLC and Regent Entertainment Media Inc.
